We kicked off the celebration with a Thanksgiving Mass and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony ✂️, led by the Barangay Luz Council—headed by Barangay Captain Hon. Renato S. Labrador and Festival Chairperson Hon. Nida Cabrera, alongside the rest of the council.
