Right after the Cebu City Government officials conducted an urgent meeting with different barangays and agencies, Barangay Luz Officials immediately convened to activate our disaster response operations.

Our officials and department heads, together with volunteers, have reactivated our Incident Command Post (ICP) and mobilized all teams to ensure we are in full force for the preparation and response to Typhoon Verbena.
