In the spirit of unity, service, and community resilience, Barangay Luz successfully conducted the Calling for Firefighter Volunteers activityβ€”an initiative aimed at empowering our youth and residents with essential knowledge and skills in fire safety and emergency response. πŸš’

This meaningful activity was led by Hon. Mark Guerra, together with the dedicated support of Hon. Andrew Ponce, Hon. Josephine Son, Hon. Rommel Tuico, and Barangay Administrator Jose Labrador, under the leadership of Barangay Captain Kap. Titing Labrador.

We also commend the active participation of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK), headed by Chairwoman Aliona Roble, along with Hon. James Maliban, Hon. Rey Alburo, Hon. Hilarie Taneo, and Angela Alcos, for their continued commitment in inspiring the youth.

Our heartfelt appreciation goes to the Boyscout of Barrio Luz NHS and the active youth of Barangay Luz for their enthusiasm and cooperation. Special thanks as well to BHERT and BLDRRMO for their invaluable support throughout the activity.

Most importantly, we extend our sincere gratitude to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) for their expertise, guidance, and dedication in equipping our participants with life-saving firefighting skills.

Together, we build a safer, stronger, and more prepared community. πŸ’ͺπŸ”₯
