The Barangay Luz Council, headed by Kap Titing Labrador, successfully conducted the 2nd Barangay Assembly for the 2nd Semester of CY 2026.
The assembly was attended by various sectoral representatives, including Senior Citizens, PWDs, Solo Parents, Women, ERPAT, LGBTQIA+, Children, and fellow Luzinians who witnessed the State of the Barangay Address (SOBA) and the accomplishments of the Barangay Council.
Despite the rainy evening, the community remained present and engaged, demonstrating their commitment to transparency, accountability, and the continued progress of Barangay Luz.
The gathering highlighted the importance of active participation, cooperation, and unity between the Barangay Council and its constituents in building a better community.
