Barangay Captain of Barangay Luz warmly welcomed the delegates from Barangay NBBS Proper, Navotas City. Present was their barangay captain, barangay councilors, lupon and staffs arrived in Cebu for their Benchmarking activity in Barangay Luz under the strong leadership of Barangay Captain Hon. Renato Labrador and Barangay Luz Council hosted this activity at the Barangay Luz Legislative Office. They presented what’s the best practice of Barangay Luz and highlighted KWARTA SA BASURA program during the presentation.
